Happy 11th Anniversary, Derrick! I can't believe it's been 11 years. We've been through so much during that time, and so much has changed. We're hardly even the same people we were 11 years ago.
And by the way, writing this post makes me realize that we really need to get a good, recent photo of ourselves.
And speaking of photos, all of our wedding pictures were not even digital, and the video tape of our wedding was given to us on a VHS tape. Wow. Has that much changed since we got married? It seems in one way it's only been a couple of years, and in other ways like it's been much longer.
Now we have two amazing and beautiful children together. My dream is that we are able is to set an example of what marriage can and should be for our kids, and to be the best parents we can be to them.
We've been through some rough times the last couple of years, but I really feel as our faith in God is growing, and we continue to grow, our lives, as well as our relationship, will flourish.
